Web Writer

• Graduate of AB Mass Communications, AB Communication Arts, AB English and other related courses
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Filipino)
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Internet savvy
• Knowledge in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and basic photography, is an advantage.
• Can establish rapport with sources of content (celebrities, production team, etc.)
• Willing to work outside the office (for interviews/events)
• Can work with a team
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide GMA entertainment-related content for iGMA.tv and related websites.
• Produce features and other web-related content: writing, research, collating materials, set visits, interviews, coverage of special events.
• Assist during special events/projects such as the iGMA Live Chat. This includes coordinating with other NMI departments involved in these projects.
• Proofread and check iGMA.tv and related websites.
• Monitor shows, other websites, publications for entertainment news and updates.
