Training Officer
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent presentation/facilitation skills gained from the industry
• Minimum 2- 3 years industry training experience
• Call center background (training, quality, operations)
• Ability to design, customize and evaluate training curriculum according to client need
• Ability to adjust to work hours to deliver quality service
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization and the industry
• Has analytical and problem-solving skills
• A resident of Cebu
