TRAINING OFFICER

TRAINING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• To formulate and establish training and development programs for all staff.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) training experience preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
• Very knowledgeable in TNA and can prepare his own training modules based on the TNA result.
• Candidates must have excellent communication, platform, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Must have basic know-how on training cycle.
• Must have innate liking for training and learning.
• Must have a people-oriented mindset.
• Full-Time position available.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
