Technical Support Professional:
Position Requirements:
- University degree preferably on Computer applications, ECE, IT, Computer Engineering or an equivalent experience in troubleshooting email and internet connection
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Knowledge in any of the following: Networking, Voice over IP (VOIP)
- CISCO knowledge is a plus but not required
