Software Engineer - Corporate IT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzes operations needs or client software systems specifications or requirements as requested by the Production Group through online SSR (Software Service Request)
• Codes programs for Software System development and creation
• Designs or customizes software for production or client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency through automation and computerization.
• Interfaces with the requestor to assist in the BETA testing and/or downloading/ implementation of new/modified program
• Researches other programming languages, trends in software development from various open sources through use of computer networking technology.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of at least 4 year course in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT
• Preferably with above average scholastic record on major subjects
• Preferably with at least 2 years work experience related to computer programming or software development
• With experience in SQL and in web application development
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Keen on details
• With excellent customer service orientation
• With good recommendation from previous employer/ boss
