Sourcing Officer / Recruiter
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Has excellent English communication skills
• Has superior PR (Public Relations) skills
• Creative and resourceful
• Willing to work on flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays
• Analytical and innovative
• Effectively works with teams
• Has pleasant disposition
• Has good network (optional)
• A resident of Cebu
Preferred:
• Minimum six months experience in recruitment
• Has significant marketing experience with any industry
