Service Delivery Associate / Team Lead (Call Center Background)

Our client is a well known financial institution with a global presence. They are currently inviting individuals to join their newly established Service Delivery team in their Manila Operations. The Service Delivery Team offers a range of support functions and services to employees within the organization regionally. This includes providing Corporate Services (such as ordering office supplies) to providing simple technical solutions.

He/she will be expected to provide a first-class service support to employees from initial contact to closure. This will include contacting relevant vendors, engineering teams, project teams and other relevant counterparts on a timely manner. Individuals shall be able to work independently and professional and take action against request and escalate if required.

Requirements:

• Mature individual able to deal with multiple jobs and across region, countries and time-zones
• Customer serviced oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to undertake shift work patterns to cover a 24x 7 environment
• Exposure in working in or with a Financial Institutions environment
• For Associate Level, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Candidates with over 5 years experience in leading a team (supervising 10+ individuals) will be consider a team lead position.
