Senior Trainer
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• At least 2 years experience in call center training (experience in call center/BPO operations is an advantage)
• With extensive experience in conducting soft skills training – voice and accent, grammar, customer service skills, and American culture and geography.
• At least 3 months experience in conducting product specific / technical training is an advantage.
• Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedule and in different locations
• Proficient in word, powerpoint, and excel
• Knowledgeable in training needs analysis, training design and development, and training evaluation.
• Able to multitask
• Team player, efficient, dependable, highly independent
• Additional competencies – advantage
• Proficient in writing articles and newsletters
• Proficient or knowledgeable in a UK / Australian accent
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate simple and complex modules:
• soft skills training for TDS and client accounts – on basic communication skills, accent, customer service skills, culture and geography, and sales skills for frontline agents
• leadership skills for team leaders and supervisors
• Generate comprehensive training reports
• Design and develop simple modules and training materials.
• Enhance and / or revise existing training materials
• Coach and mentor junior trainers as necessary
• Manage simple client accounts and interface with clients
• Conduct simple TNA and/ or training evaluation (level 1-3)
• Manage trainee performance
• Lead / co-lead in special projects (design and developement, etc.)
• Facilitate career talks when necessary
• Assist AMs/Manager in special projects
