Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

•    Provide subject-matter-expertise regarding the related aspects of managing the design, deployment, operation and decommissioning of the Global IP Backbone, Global Corporate Network, Global VPN Systems, Server Subnets, Management Networks and Element Management Systems, Domain Name Systems and Global Server Load Balancing Technologies, State full Inspection Systems SSL Systems and Technologies, High Availability Protocols ,Dynamic Network Protocols
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements, documentation and knowledge of management
•    Recommend and establish network policies and procedures, implementations, upgrades, patches, installation of new applications and equipment, and ticket resolution
•    Assess network configurations for conciseness, efficiency, and ease of maintenance
•    Maintain lifecycle management for the network security production environment (installation, upgrades, patches, decommissioning, etc.)
•    Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external technical, business, and support groups, including vendor/partner relationships
•    Provide Third Line support for complex network security issues

Requirements:

•    Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and or related course
•    Minimum of six years work experience in designing, deploying, and upgrading of new and existing corporate global change management procedures and best practices (ISO 27001/ITIL), standard operating procedures environment LANs and WANs,
•    Excellent Project management skills  and good human relations skills
•    Good communication skills and customer-orientation skills
