Senior Manager, Learning Performance
Our client is one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing solutions. In business for over 27-years, they have designed, implemented and managed critical business processes for Global 1000 companies using Six Sigma-based quality methods. They support more than 250 business process outsourcing programs serving approximately 100 global clients in the automotive, communications and media, financial services, government, healthcare, retail, technology and travel and leisure industries.
To date, they have approximately 55,000 employees utilizing 39,900 workstations across 83 delivery centers in 17 countries, managing over 3.5 million interactions in over 25 languages. Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the implementation of essential learning & development projects as per business need. Including but not limited to:
• Standardization Group Learning & Development programs based on the group competency model to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Developing efficient/standard on-boarding process across the group.
• Implementing specific project to best synergize the current learning & development resources throughout the organization
• Support group major HR programs, i.e. talent management program, organization development program, etc.
• Participation in the development of relevant learning & development tools/solutions in line with program requirement.
• Assist and contribute to related system build up and roll out process
• Program Delivery + “Train the trainer” or “Coach the coach” when required
• Working closely with HR/business managers, further identify associated common learning intervention need at group level, initiate & manage prioritized learning & development projects, monitor progress, evaluate business impact, ensuring the effective rolled out across the group and added value for the business.
• Active involvement in the design ofl development programs for learning & development professionals across the group, responsible for process implementation
• Facilitate the network of managers of all Business of the group, promoting transfer of best practices; contribute to group knowledge management processes
• Managing the ongoing group executive development programs. Support middle & senior management teams in the group in their role as coach, developer of people and in the performance management process.
Requirements:
EDUCATION: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
SKILLS: Performance & change management, training design, analytical thinking
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent
