Responsibilities:

• The Secretary will be responsible for providing basic secretarial work as well as administrative support services to the assigned Division in order to facilitate the smooth flow of daily work operations.

Requirements:

• Graduates of any four-year business course, with good scholastic records;
• Preferably with previous secretarial/administrative work exposure;
• With excellent written/oral English communication skills;
• Proficient in Windows-based software applications;
• With excellent customer service orientation.
