Sales Manager (NCR, Davao and Cebu)

Key Responsibilities:

To support our expansion program, we are in need of three (3) Sales Managers to be posted in Metro Manila, Davao City and Cebu City.

Our Sales Manager is in charge of the overall field sales operations, ensures its effectiveness towards attainment of the sales, profit and collection rate objectives relevant to his field force jurisdiction. He is directly responsible and accountable for the performance of the Sales Personnel under him in the proper implementation of the company plans, programs and policies.

Knowledge / Experience Required:

Educational Background:

•    Graduate of a 4-year course from reputable schools.

Work Experience:

•    With at least (5) years of proven track record in supervising field sales operations

Essential Skills / Qualities:

•    Exhibits exceptional communication skills and customer orientation
•    With a strong sales background along with demonstrable relationship building skills
•    Persistent, results-oriented, highly motivated and with strong leadership qualities
•    Applicants residing in Manila, Iloilo, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro are preferred but not required.

Job Location: NCR, DAVAO and CEBU
