PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR (Urgent Hiring!!)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Management, Engineering or any related course
- At least five (5) years experience in the same position
- Experience in property management (Hotels, Residential and Commercials)
- With background in leasing and facilities management
- Fookien or Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Working experience in real estate industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision – making / Problem solving skills
