RCS has been engaged to manage and conduct English Communication Skills training of prospective contact center agents in accordance with the requirements and training design of IBM Daksh.
This year, the company has also branched out into manpower solutions, under its new division: JOBSPURSUIT.COM Its goal is to equip graduates and junior executives with the much needed information, development and career opportunities in order for them to gain a competitive edge when applying for work. In line with this, the company offers free call centre, sales, customer service and IT training, career consultation and job placement services to anyone interested to avail of them.
Project Controller

Job Summary:
• Works with Project Managers and Business Units to provide guidance and financial expertise throughout the lifecycle of services engagement.
• Ensures that bids/proposals are reviewed and approved within company policies
Qualifications:
• Accounting / Business Administration graduate
• Must be a CPA
• At least 2 years supervisory/managerial experience
• Preferably with experience handling large government projects
• Preferably with experience in a multinational operation setup in an outsourcing environment or in an IT company
• Must know how to proactively coordinate with relevant parties
• Should be flexible
• Will to be based in the project
• Able to work with very little supervision
• Will report functionally to the Finance Manager
