Production Manager (based in Indonesia)

Our client, a leading wood production company is looking for highly qualified individuals to join their existing team for the position of Production Manager. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager ensuring production of products meets or exceeds efficiency, company quality standards and goals. You will be overseeing the whole cycle of production process, further review production orders and drawing up a production schedule, prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specification. Furthermore, you would be expected to coordinate with Quality Control for product quality problems and continuing implementation of improvement activities.

Applicants shall have the following criteria:

• University degree in engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing with particular emphasis in operations management and supervision
• Excellent communication and management skills, fluency in English is a must
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and practice and technical processes for goods being made
• Ability to work in logical and systematic manner
• Experienced in managing more than 200+ employees
• Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and proven team player
