Loans Litigations Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
• Attends hearings
• prepares pleadings
• renders legal advise
• supervises preparation and filing of complaints/petitions;and other related legal functions
Requirements:
• A graduate of Bachelor of Laws from a reputable school
• Should be admitted to the BAR
• Must have 3-5 year related experience in loans litigations
• Experience in a bank is preferred
