Kforce Global Solutions, Inc. is looking for Talent Identification Specialists with experience in high volume sourcing and IT recruitment. We are seeking resourceful candidates with commendable work ethics and solid experience. Candidates must be self-starters with the desire to work in a dynamic team.

Talent Identification Specialists
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

SUMMARY:

• Under direct supervision of progress and results, assist and perform various aspects of candidate/client identification focusing primarily on prospecting and populating the database and the client’s call logs/planners in support of departmental goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify candidates/clients through job boards, databases, online job orders and existing candidate/client inventory to define appropriate prospects based upon the needs of the customer.
• Conducts Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery
• Conducts database searches for available personnel according to qualification parameters
• Observes, receives, and otherwise obtains prospect and job opening information from all relevant sources
• Provides information to supervisors, fellow workers, and/or subordinates through face-to-face communication, in writing, or via telephone/electronic transfer
• Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any Information Technology related course
• Minimum of one (1) year or more of experience in high volume sourcing and recruiting for IT and F&A positions
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to set high personal goals and have the drive to succeed
• Strong initiative and ability to think quickly
• Excellent customer service skills within a professional environment
• Previous experience in sourcing from US job boards (Monster, Dice, Hotjobs, etc.) and filling open US positions
