Kforce Global Solutions, Inc. is looking for Mainframe (MF) Cobol Developers with experience in projects for major financial institutions. We are seeking resourceful candidates with commendable work ethics and solid programming experience. Experience in projects for banking and credit card business is an advantage.

Mainframe (MF) Cobol Developers
(Philippines - Makati City)

Responsibilities:

• Build, Code, Test, Implement and Rollout
• Code modules following given design specifications, quality and standards
• Review code and develop revisions
• Create documentation for the code/application
• Participate in developing the approach and plan for testing the application
• Prepare and execute unit and module tests, verify correctness of modules against detailed design

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any Information Technology related degree
• At least two (2) years of solid experience in Mainframe Cobol
• Solid project experience with major financial institutions - including banking and credit card business
• Expertise in COBOL, Assembler, CICS, DB2, IMS, VSAM, SAS, Easytrieve and JCL
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change within the team
• Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and System Development Life Cycle
• Strong skills in testing techniques
• Good team working skills and experiences
