Business Analyst
(Philippines - Makati City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define business requirements and develop system specifications to solve business problems
• Recommend equipment modifications, when needed
• Define programming requirements
• Consult on the implementation of systems business requirements
• Develop documentation and support the lifecycle with business knowledge through implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT related degree
• At least three (3) years of business systems analysis and design
• At least three (3) years of solid experience in the following:
• Business requirements gathering
• Business requirement/Gap Analysis
• Test Specifications Preparation
• Issue & Change Request Coordination/Management
• System/Integration/User Acceptance Testing
• System Documentation
• Business User Coordination
• Experience in analysis and solving business problems via development and implementation of business applications
• Knowledge and experience in full life cycle methodologies
• Negotiation, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques
• Experience in Insurance, Finance, Accounting indiustries an advantage
• Willing to work within a production support environment with a shifting schedule, if required
