iPlus Intelligent Network, Inc. (iPlus) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ePLDT, the information and communication technology company of PLDT. It was founded in 2001 as part of ePLDT’s strategy in establishing various business process outsourcing (BPO) companies. Because of the market’s maturing view of outsourcing, iPlus was established to offer outsourced IT services to cater to organizations looking to complement their existing IT organization and infrastructure.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be a B.S. Psychology or Behavioral Science Graduate or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong background with HR lifecycle and ensure quality and timely delivery
- Sourcing, screening and processing of application requirements including contract preparation
- Possess good problem solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be team oriented, dependable and flexible with high work ethic
- Highly systematic, organized, responsible, and independent.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral English communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in IT recruitment is a PLUS.
