iPlus Intelligent Network, Inc. (iPlus) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ePLDT, the information and communication technology company of PLDT. It was founded in 2001 as part of ePLDT’s strategy in establishing various business process outsourcing (BPO) companies. Because of the market’s maturing view of outsourcing, iPlus was established to offer outsourced IT services to cater to organizations looking to complement their existing IT organization and infrastructure.

Customer Service Representatives

Overview:

Customer service representatives respond to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • Can deal quickly and efficiently with customer enquiries or complaints by phone and email.
  • Must have excellent English communications skills both in oral and written.
  • Must be flexible and people-oriented.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
