Our client is a leading Internet / IT Service Provider with an enviable reputation on internet advertising. To support with the group’s expansion, a hub is being developed in Manila to manage the significant increase in the group’s regional business activities. To facilitate this regional expansion, opportunities now exist within the Human Resources area for high-calibre finance professionals currently employed in leading international firms to join as Human Resources/Administration Manager.
This is a newly created position and the successful applicant will be appointed into an existing team and will assume responsibility for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, training/development, compensation/benefits, payroll and engaging in strategic human capital management with the management committee. Background with facilities/supplies management is preferable as the candidate will also be overlooking the overall administration of the company.
The appointees should be currently working similar roles in a BPO/IT firm or boutique consulting firm with regular contacts with expats. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and analytical skills are required. Candidates shall be ranges from 10-15 years of experience. The successful candidates should be capable of managing several tasks concurrently.
