HR & PAYROLL OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Female, 25-35 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration / Management / Social / Behavioral Science / Human Resource Management / Psychology or equivalent.
  • Three (3) working years of experience in all facets of human resources is required for this position with great Supervisory skills.
  • Adept in all HR functions such as but not limited to Employee and Labor laws and government mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pagibig, BIR, Wage order implementation), Performance Management, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Benefits and Salary Administration, Training & Development.
  • Highly respectful and responsible. Has the initiative to do multi tasking and value commitment at work and with matured disposition, dynamic, self-driven, hardworking, flexible, effective team leader and can work under pressure.
  • With good leadership, interpersonal, management, with high standard on work ethics and professionalism.
  • Good in written/oral communications and proficient in MS Office applications
