Front Of House Manager
(Metro Manila & Cebu)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and motivating the Front of House team
• Responsible for smooth operation of the reception area while ensuring flawless presentation of the club and its staff at all times
• Attends to guests and members’ inquiries by phone or in person with utmost courtesy, efficiency and without delay
• Responsible for daily transactions of the clubs including stock inventory, product sourcing, marketing and profitability of pro-shop items
Requirements:
• Graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or related
• Should have multi-functional exposure and experience in various aspects of Sales and Marketing on a supervisory level from a service-oriented industry
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
