FINANCIAL ANALYST (Urgent!)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
- At least 2-3 years experience in the same position or function
- Proficient in financial modeling
- Knowledgeable in various types of financial instruments
- Working experience in real estate industry is an advantage
- Critical thinker and resourceful
- Result-driven; detail-oriented; can work with minimum supervision
