Japanese Research Analyst - QC Team

Primary Role:

• To perform QA on the captured financial data from the Brokers Research Reports through the form of PDF and Excel Contributions.
• To ensure that the updated financial data by the production team adequately satisfies the client approved process.
• To ensure that the created / updated data quality is as per the norms specified for the account.
• To add more value to the captured data by focusing on reducing volatility in Analyst’s projections through the help of foot notes and Consensus class creations.
• Responsible for doing QA on all the records dispatched through the Monster tool and updating the database with relevant comments for each record.
• Responsible for assessing the Research Analyst’s work accurately and provide timely feedback when required.
• Responsible and accountable for work allocation
• Responsible to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Responsible for assessing the Research Analyst’s work accurately and provide timely feedback when required

Education / Qualifications / Experience:

• Graduate in commerce/MBA –finance.
• Computer literate
• Experience in financial markets

Desired Skills:

• Fluent Japanese is mandatory.
• Spoken Chinese would be optimal.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of Quality & Process improvement concepts
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Good understanding of Statistical / Problem solving techniques
• Willing to work in shifts
