As part of our exiciting growth plans for Asia, we have the folowing opportunity for high calibre professionals to join our Club Management Team in Asia. Fitness First Asia invites exceptional young leaders to launch their career aspirations to be our Club General Managers through our Club General Manager Fast Track Scholarship Programme, a leadership in training and career development programme, cummulatin within the position within 6 months. This is the fourth programme that we are conducting, with graduates of 31 successful participants at our CLubs throughout Asia. Our Club General Managers’ on-target earning are in the range of PhP 100,000 and managing Clubs at the age of 26 years old.

Club General Manager
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

• “Hold the keys” to our USD 2-3 million clubs
• Accountable for a team of 30-50 staff to ensure that our members are satisfied each and everyday

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Top performing individuals between 30-45 years of age
• Recognised Degree in related or relevant qualifications
• A good pre-university academic record
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Experience and active involvement in extra-curricular, minimum of two (2) activities
• A proven track-record in handling challenging and competitive and cooperative responsibilities with the ability to balance various demands simultaneously
• A self-confident individual with a balanced and pleasant disposition
• A robust individual, who does not give up in the face of adversity; maintainsa positive outlook in life, be able to work productively and be an inspiration to others
• Experience and active involvement in extra-curricular, minimum of two (2) activities
• Preferably an active individual with a healthy lifestyle
