We are looking for Business Development Officer (China) who are:

CHINESE SPEAKING CALL CENTER AGENTS

Responsibilities:

•    Develop and launch international marketing strategies by research global financial markets trend and investment products demand.
•    Assist customers in their specific inquiries on Global Capital Market and explain services and products offered.
•    Reconsolidate and analyze executed Forex Trading and provide report to senior management.
•    Invite clients to utilize more of the services and products than they currently enjoy.
•    Perform follow up client calls and inquiry in Chinese with a high level of personalized service.

Requirements:

•    Possess an excellent command of English and Chinese(Mandarin), both written and oral
•    Ability to work in close proximity to others while under enormous and constant pressure in an extremely fast-paced trading environment
•    Superb data analysis skills with good understanding of mathematics and human psychology
•    Enjoy talking to people and have an aptitude for working with MS Office
•    General knowledge of economy and finance are required.
•    Have a pleasant and friendly manner
•    Have a high level of motivation and willing to work in different shift including night shift
•    Be able to work as part of a team quickly and accurately.
•    SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPEAK CHINESE
