Job Title: Capacity Planning Manager
Department: Performance Management & General Admin
Reports To: Sr. Director, Performance Management & General Admin

SUMMARY:
Manage all aspects of space and seat capacity planning, development and utilization in the Philippines to meet business growth needs; responsible for the interior design and fit-out of all sites in Manila.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the fit-out and the interior design of all sites in Manila; ensures all sites have a branded look.
• Develops site design and fit-out standards; ensures the interior design and fit-out of sites meet approved corporate and local standards.
• Ensures all build-out and interior design projects meet local laws and regulations.
• Monitors the construction of new sites and reports project updates to the corporate Real Estate team.
• Coordinates closely with both the internal customers (Operations, Branding, Purchasing, Facilities) and external customers (Lessors, Project contractors and suppliers) for the timely delivery of site projects.
• Plans and manages the development of the required space and seat capacity to support business growth in the Philippines.
• Monitors space and seat utilization per site for both Manila and Cebu and reports it to senior management in the Philippines and corporate as needed.
• Optimizes the space and seat utilization by working closely with all business units from operations and SGA; collects and analyzes key capacity and utilization metrics regularly and takes timely actions to drive space optimization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• At least 5 years experience in fit-out and interior design projects, specialized in office buildings
• At least 5 years experience in project management
• Experience in dealing with commercial lessors
• Experience in dealing with contractors and suppliers
