Sales Managers
For Cavite, Cebu, Ilo-Ilo, Bicol, and Binondo Area
Business Units/Function:
REPORTING TO (ROLE):
Direct: Regional sales Manager
Indirect: BankAssure Sales Head
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Responsible for overall sales performance, acquisition of new business, retention of quality business and relationship management with bank partners
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Delivers sales production targets and manpower plan under the designated Metrobank area.
- Manages agreed business activity levels and business performance of the area as defined in the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Handles recruitment and selection of Financial Executives and their branch assignments.
- Manages relationship at branch under the Metrobank areas and/or regions.
- Develops sales management skills and professional knowledge through ongoing assessment, training, coaching, and adherence to defined sales management process.
- Participates during planning and business forecasting sessions with channel management.
- Liaises with Head of BankAssure Support Services to ensure that service level agreements are maintained.
- Implements new BankAssure related initiatives.
- Researches and analyzes competitor’s sales activities.
- Develops and executes approved plans in line with further development of BankAssure in the area.
- Ensures efficient expense management.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate with a Business or Management Degree
- At least 3 years work experience in sales (not necessarily but preferably within the financial services industry)
- With successful track record in the management and development of a sales team
- Able to motivate, inspire and lead a team of Financial Executive to deliver sales targets and achieve their KPIs.
- Experience on how to evaluate and assess performance against agreed standards.
- Relationship management at middle and senior levels.
- Able to coach, train and develop both individuals and teams to improve their performance.
