Admin & HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Office keep up and maintenance
• Office supplies custodian, (inventory, monitoring, releasing, and receiving) including property movement (furniture and equipment)
• Petty cash custodian (cash advance and liquidation)
• Supervises and verifies payment of bills (electricity, telephone, internet, and the like)
• Coordinates corporate special events (birthdays, company outing, Christmas party, etc.) as well as travel arrangement and maintenance schedules.
• Procurement (purchasing and canvassing)
• Recruits staff for internal requirement: sourcing contacting, assessment, and conducting initial interviews.
• Test Administration
• Prepares employment contract ID uniform, and email-address; Conducts orientation; and updates list of newly hired employees.
• Attends to inquiries ad concerns of employees.
• Files and maintain 201 files of employees.
• Timekeeping preparation (attendance summary and daily monitoring)
• Monitors leave credits
Requirements:
To be an Admin and HR Assistant one must:
• Have at least one (1) year experience in the same capacity whether in local or international recruitment company, insurance company, car dealership, appliance company, I.T. company/ BPO or any service - oriented company;
• Have an outgoing personality
• Be willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces when necessary;
• Be able to communicate both in written and verbal English effectively.
• Be able to execute grace under pressure; and
• Be confident and hardworking.
